The state Econ competition was held at Securian Financial in St. Paul. The NUHS team won the Joan Robinson division! #NUEaglePride 
They ended up having the highest overall team average on the individual test rounds (Microeconomics and Macroeconomics) and also had the highest team score on the International Economics round.
This qualified them for the quiz bowl, in which the two top-scoring teams compete in a knowledge-bowl style round of thirty questions regarding economics content. The NUHS team won this as well, with a total score of 16 questions to 6 for the competition.
Nathaniel J. also had the second-highest score overall for the individual test rounds.
