For example, when you register for events or classes, or pay for products or services, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. If you apply for Sliding Scale Fees, we will ask you to provide information such as salary and or family size. This information will be used in determining the discounts applicable for your registrations.

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a transaction are not used for any other purpose.

The software vendor, rSchoolToday, is also PCI complaint, which is the Federal standard for credit card security for Personal Cardholder Information.
SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but you or us. This security measure is working when you see the symbol of either an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.
Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. Credit Card numbers are stored as encrypted and will show to you and to us as with only the last four digits (For example: VISA XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3456). This service gives you and an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud and to protect your financial data.
